Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing:All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars and do not include taxes or shipping fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. Credit card payments must be authorized at the time of placing the order.

Order Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, Medi-Line will issue a full refund minus a 5% credit card processing fee. This fee is non-refundable due to the policies of our payment processing provider, Shopify.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility:Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. After 7 days, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

  • Conditions for Returns:To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number are required. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the returned package. If the wrong item was sent to you, we will issue return labels and no restocking fee will be applied.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items cannot be returned, including special or custom orders, pillows, braces, and any support garments worn next to the skin.
    • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable.
    • We do not accept returns for the following categories:
      • Compression Stockings
      • Support & Braces
      • Bedding Accessories (e.g., Core Pillow, ObusForme Pillow)
      • Items marked as non-refundable
      • Opened or used products
      • Medi Beads Heating Pads
      • Needles and syringes

 

Refunds and Store Credit

  • Refund Process:Refunds or store credit may be issued after consultation with the manufacturer if the product is found to be defective. In such cases, we will notify you and dispatch a replacement product. Please note that no refund or store credit will be issued in these scenarios.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns:If you are dissatisfied with the product and request a return, Medi-Line will issue a refund after deducting a 5% credit card processing fee. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. An email will be sent to notify you of the receipt of the returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method:Refunds will be issued via E-transfer or cheque from Medi-Line Enterprises Inc. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds to credit cards at this time.

  • Partial or No Refunds:In certain situations, only partial or no refunds may be given. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not caused by us. Refunds will not be granted for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@physiomircanada.com and send the item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
