Shipping Considerations:

  • No PO Box deliveries; a physical address is required.
  • Shipments to apartment buildings and PO Boxes are available.
  • Please note that our flat rate and free shipping offers do not apply to remote areas (any location in Canada) and certain provinces, including British Columbia (BC) Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU), Prince Edward Island (PE), Yukon (YT), and Newfoundland and Labrador (NL). If your order is being shipped to one of these regions, we will provide you with a shipping quote after receiving your order. Additionally, we reserve the right to exclude oversized or overweight items from the flat rate or free shipping offers.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns.

Return Policy:

At PhysioMir Canada, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring a return. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring customer satisfaction:

  •  Returns accepted within 14 days from delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee:
    A 20% restocking fee applies to cover processing and inspection costs.
  • The restocking fee is deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for documented delivery.

Refund Process:
Refunds are processed upon receipt, inspection, and confirmation of eligibility.

  • The restocking fee is deducted from the total refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  •  Contact us immediately for assistance with damaged or defective products.
  •  Photographic evidence of damage may be requested.

Cancellation of Orders:
